Food Diary
Tuesday, February 17th, 2009Eating six meals a day is hard! Again today I have only managed five. I have also had the 8 glasses of water.
Breakfast – porridge with one scoop protein powder + skim milk – I don’t recommend putting the powder in the porridge!!

Morning Tea – Two pieces of wholegrain bread with one small can of John West red salmon + 1 tsp per peice of lite cottage cheese. really tasty.
Lunch – Left over dinner from last night, baked salmon, stir fry, brussell sprouts + a plum because I could!
Afternoon tea – due to late lunch after gym, I skipped this one!
Dinner – Tuna (canned), and loads of salad (I make a mean salad if I don’t say so myself)
Supper – Protein Shake
As you may have noticed, I eat a lot of fish! This is because I do not eat chicken or red meat. Only seafood.
Must say, today I was tempted to snack, but given I threw all the bad food out, all I could have done is wrecked portion control by eating too much of a good thing. However, my determination still holds fast, so was easy to resist the temptation.
